Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
A full refund will be provided if an appointment is cancelled 48 hours in advance. A partial refund (50%) will be provided if an appointment is cancelled 24 hours in advance. Refunds are not provided if an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or after the 60-minute call has started. If you are unsatisfied with your coaching, please mention this during your VIP Day. We can always adjust our approach throughout your session.
How do I schedule my appointment?
Once you book your session, you'll receive the link to book a time for your appointment.
How long is my VIP Day?
Your VIP Day is a total of 13 hours. We will start with a 60-minute video call, you choose the time that works for you. You are given the nght to think over what we discuss and then you have access to me from 8am EST to 8pm EST (we can adjust this based on your time zone) the following day.
What if I don't see a day that works for me?
No worries at all! Just reach out to me at email@example.com and we can find the best day and time for us.
Can I purchase coaching more than once?
Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of coaching more than once, simply purchase the coaching again. You can also take a look at my coaching packages which offer weekly or monthly coaching days.
