During your VIP Day we will discuss your challenges and
source of overwhelm, then create a priority list and action plan.
The following day we will connect via Voxer while you
start checking off items on your new action plan.
Total of 13 hours over 2 days.
These are unreasonable and unrealistic expectations.
And I urge you to take a step back and reassess your approach.
How it works:
Your VIP Day is a total of 13 hours.
We will start with a 60-minute video call on Google Meet, you choose the time that works for you. During this call we will discuss your challenges and source of overwhelm, then create a priority list and action plan. You will have the night to think over everything, and the following day you will have access to me for support and accountability via Voxer from 8am EST to 8pm EST (we can adjust this based on your time zone) while you start checking off items on your new action plan. We get to chat back and forth during this time, without you having to put your entire day on hold.
Your VIP Day is a day full of flexibility, you aren't stuck on phone or video calls all day, and you get to choose the best time for your 60-minute call. The best thing about an awesome Voxer experience? You will have space between messages so you can mull things over before responding.
Your day will end with an action plan for you to continue the work we started together.
Voxer is a free walkie/talkie style app that gives you the ability to communicate in various ways. You can send voice, text, or photo/video messages.
Giving us the ability to easily communicate throughout your day.
If you are unfamiliar with Voxer, we can set up a test run before your VIP Day so that you are comfortable using the app.
You're not alone in feeling overwhelmed. I don't expect you to be superwoman; my only expectation is that you are open and honest with where your life stands right now as well as how much time or energy each day would require if it were handled on top of all those other things.
When we ask for help, it's common to feel guilty and as if there is something wrong with us. This space will allow you the opportunity of asking for support without judgment.
You will leave with a newfound sense of confidence and clarity after your VIP Day. You can take on the world because you know what to do next! And with this system, we will make sure that when challenges come your way-you're ready for them too.

Choose the best day and time for starting your VIP Day! You won't need to pause life entirely, just block out an hour of uninterrupted time for our video call. The rest will happen in the Voxer app so you can do the work and respond to messages throughout your busy day while doing other things too.
We will connect on Voxer and send a test message to make sure you are comfortable using the app. Start thinking about what you would like to accomplish on that day. Send me any information you think might support you on that day.

I am a Confidence and Goal Success Coach and I help high-achieving women redefine what success means to them and create a realistic action plan to being more fulfilled in life and work.
My coaching journey began after fighting my strongest battle with low self-esteem, low self-confidence, and imposter syndrome. After months of this internal battle, I decided that I was tired of trying to live according to everyone else's definition of success and was going to start focusing on what I wanted, but first I had to figure out what I wanted. And what I wanted was to help other women who were fighting the same struggle that I was. I wanted to help other high-achieving women define success for themselves and help them find the strength to stand in their power.
My methodology is a combination of the “hit it hard, knock it out of the park” style of goal-setting mixed with “I’m listening to my feminine energy and giving my body what it needs” plus a touch (or slightly more) of the Law of Attraction.
A full refund will be provided if an appointment is cancelled 48 hours in advance. A partial refund (50%) will be provided if an appointment is cancelled 24 hours in advance. Refunds are not provided if an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or after the 60-minute call has started. If you are unsatisfied with your coaching, please mention this during your VIP Day. We can always adjust our approach throughout your session.
